Pricing
Single automations start from £395 (US$495), data cleanups from £249 (US$319) and our Never Miss a Lead system from £795 (US$995). Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts, so the price never creeps.
Sentinel Care plans are £99 (US$129), £199 (US$249) and £399 (US$499) a month for Basic, Growth and Pro. Each includes monitoring, break-fix repairs and a set number of hours for changes.
AI assistant setup starts from £495 (US$645), plus £79 (US$99) a month for hosting, monitoring and monthly tuning. Your fixed quote confirms the final figure.
Yes. The 30-minute audit and the written plan cost nothing and there's no obligation. Most businesses use it to decide what's worth automating first.
Process
Never Miss a Lead is usually live in 7-14 days. Small automations take a few days, data cleanups 3-10 days, AI assistants 1-3 weeks and custom apps a few weeks. You get a timeline with your fixed quote.

No. We start with what you already use. We only suggest a change when it would clearly save you money or headaches, and the decision is yours.
You do. Accounts are in your name, and the code and documentation are yours. No lock-in.
Yes. We're a UK company serving the UK, the United States and Canada. We work remotely and cover US and Canadian business hours.
Tools
Any software with an API, webhook, export or Zapier/Make connector. That includes HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Pipedrive, Jobber, JobNimbus, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack and Twilio.
No. We work with any software. GoHighLevel is one good option for some businesses, but we'll happily build on HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Jobber, your own database or whatever you already run.
If it has an API, a webhook, an export or a Zapier/Make connector, we can almost certainly work with it. If it truly can't connect, we'll tell you upfront and suggest options.
Yes. We clean and de-duplicate your records, move them with notes, files and history intact, then check for zero missing records before you switch over.
Support
On a Sentinel Care plan we monitor your automations and usually fix issues before you notice. Without a plan, every build comes with a support window and we're a message away.

Sentinel Care is a monthly plan. If you stop, your automations keep running and everything stays yours; we just stop monitoring and improving them.
AI
We train it on your own answers and tone, limit what it's allowed to talk about, and hand the conversation to a person when it isn't sure. We review and tune it every month.
We mainly build with OpenAI and Claude models, connected to your CRM, calendar and text messaging through Twilio. We pick the model that fits the job and your budget.
Yes. The assistant checks your live availability, books the slot, sends reminders and adds the lead to your pipeline, so nobody has to re-type anything.
Glossary
- CRM
- Customer relationship management software, such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel. It stores your leads, customers and deals in one place so nobody falls through the cracks.
- API integration
- A direct connection between two pieces of software through their API (application programming interface), so they can share data automatically without anyone copying it by hand.
- Webhook
- An instant message one app sends to another when something happens, such as a payment or a new form entry. It lets automations react in seconds.
- Workflow automation
- A set of steps that runs on its own when triggered, for example replying to a lead, creating an invoice and alerting your team.
- AI assistant
- A chat agent powered by a large language model that answers questions, qualifies leads and books appointments in your tone of voice, handing off to a person when needed.
